POST TO POST BETTING LTD. BETTING RULES 2019

In these rules, the following words and expressions shall have the meaning hereby assigned to them, respectively, unless there is something in the subject or context inconsistent with such construction or unless it is therein otherwise expressly provided:

1. “Agent” means any person authorized in writing by the Company to receive or negotiate bets in the branch at which the offer to make the bet is made.

2. “Bet” means an offer has been accepted by the Company in accordance with the provision of these rules.

3. “Bet slip” means the original physical paper, written or electronic, which shows the persons bets and wager amount to be submitted to the cashier to print a valid ticket.

4. “BGLC” means Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission.

5. “Branch” means any place of business of the Company.

6. “Company” means Post To Post Betting Limited.

7. “Head Office” means the Head Office of Post To Post Betting Limited.

8. “Online Betting Account” means a wagering account able to be opened, closed, funded, defunded and otherwise operated by Punters over the Internet, accessible via a web site, specified URL or IP server, using a PC, mobile or any other IP enabled device in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified by the Company and necessarily accepted at the point of account application by the Punter.

9. “Punter” means any individual of the legal age making an offer to place a bet with the Company.

10. “The Company’s program” means the publications by the Company bearing the Company’s logo and setting out the events on which bet offers may be made and the types of bets which may be contained in such offer.
